During our design call, we’ll walk through the floral vision in depth — discussing color palettes, textures, details, & overall design concept! This is where your love story & vision begin to intertwine!
Design Deck & Investment Options
We will email a beginning mood board with the color palette & design vision discussed on our consultation call. This is to portray that we understand you & will translate your vision into an emotionally resonant & deeply personal experience.
We offer a thorough estimate breakdown with up to three investment packages for you to review (depending on event desires & budget). Our goal is to ensure that we are able to artfully fulfill your vision with the highest quality & premium product. We are committed to transparency & clear pricing.
Contract & Deposit
Yay! You want to book with us & we are forever grateful to be a part of your journey!
Once you have chosen an investment package, we will send our contract via email for you to review & sign. Please ask any questions you have so both parties have a clear scope of things.
After this, the invoice is also sent via email with a cost breakdown. Booking is complete once the contract is signed & the 30% deposit is paid.
Scheduling the Design Call
During our design meeting we will cover all aspects of your day & the aesthetic you want to achieve. ie color pallet, textural elements, scale, potential ingredients, & overall design dreams!
We send over this detailed design deck & from there offer one more brief design call to make any changes or slight tweaks needed to achieve your desired aesthetic!
One Month Check in Call
We offer a brief call to once again confirm design plans & touch base about your wedding day!
Wedding Day
The Dreamers Flora team travels to venue & completes any onsite installs & set up we have been dreaming up the prior months! Arrival time, loading location, strike times, etc. are discussed between us & your planner. All you have to do is enjoy your day & forever with your spouse!
